Our first in-house Electroless Nickel Plating Plant (INNOVALUES Microtech) is set up in Malaysia. INNOVALUES ventures into the Hard Disk Drive industry. 2001Initial Public Offer listing of INNOVALUES Precision Shares on the Singapore Exchange (SESDAQ). INNOVALUES Precision Shanghai is established. 2002INNOVALUES expands in Thailand with a second factory. Our second Electroless Nickel Plating Line is set up in Malaysia. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is implemented. INNOVALUES Technologies Sdn Bhd is established. The scope of our office automation segment is extended to include Rubber Roller assembly under year 2002. Listed on the FORBES GLOBAL Best Under A Billion 200 Companies. Voted by SMART INVESTOR as one of the Most Admired SESDAQ Companies. 2003INNOVALUES Industry Shanghai is formed. Our range of services is extended to include the Automotive Industries. 2004Operations in Malaysia are expanded in Pasir Gudang with a new 4,000m annex factory building. 37,000m of factory land is acquired in Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya, Thailand for further expansion. Named as one of the FASTEST GROWING 50 Companies in Singapore. 2005INNOVALUES share listings are promoted to the SGX mainboard. Samsung Electronics appoints INNOVALUES as a Strategic Supplier. INNOVALUES is appointed as a Strategic Supplier by Siemens VDO. Sales turnover exceeds S$100 million. 2006Listed by DP Information group as a SINGAPORE 1000 Company. INNOVALUES ventures into the rubber compounding and moulding business.
