Company Profile
Who We Are
Innovalues Holdings Pte Ltd is a leading precision engineering player and one of the largest machining manufacturers of high precision, mission-critical components for the automotive sector in Asia. We specialize in the manufacturing of customized precision machine parts, including automotive components, printer rollers, mechanical devices, and sub-assemblies.
But Innovalues is much more than just a supplier. We believe in forging long-term partnerships with our clients that go beyond precision parts. Supported by a dedicated workforce of over 2,000 employees across four countries, we achieved a milestone of 260 million parts sold and USD 114 million in revenue in FY25.
Our Evolution
1997 - 2001
Founded in 1997 as a supplier of office automation products. Through rapid growth, Innovalues successfully listed on the SGX in 2001.
2003
A major strategic milestone as we successfully pivoted to the automotive sector in 2003, securing Sensata as our first automotive customer.
2017 - 2025
Privatised by Northstar in 2017 for SGD 334m, and subsequently by Ares Management in 2025, solidifying our global expansion and financial strength.
